China's first high-altitude wind power generation demonstration project put into operation

      China's first demonstration project of high-altitude wind power generation was successfully put into operation! : On January 9, International Energy Network was informed that the Anhui Jixi High Altitude Wind Power Generation New Technology Demonstration Project, in which China Energy Construction Group participated in the investment, construction and operation, was successfully connected to the grid and became China's first megawatt-level high-altitude wind power generation demonstration project. The total installed capacity of the project is 2×2.4 MW, using 500 meters to 3,000 meters of high-altitude wind energy for power generation, is China's high-altitude wind power generation technology for the first time engineering practice, to promote the development of high-altitude wind power generation technology and its industrialization is of great significance.


      CLP Construction, Three Gorges, China Town  Investment, Datang won the Yunnan 840MW PV indicators: January 9, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, Energy Bureau announced six PV power generation projects, a total of 1.055GW investment body preferential bidding results. Among them, the CLP New Energy Group Co., Ltd, Three Gorges Group Yunnan Energy Investment Co., Ltd, China Town Investment Group New Energy Co., Ltd, Datang Yunnan Power Generation Co., Ltd. respectively, won the bidding for four photovoltaic project investment body, a total size of 840,000 kilowatts; 2 projects (total 215MW) due to the number of less than three applicants abortive bidding.

        A total investment of 55 billion, another new energy project started: January 5, Shanxi Jinbei coal mining subsidence area new energy base project in Datong City, Shanxi Province, officially started. The base is the country to promote the "double carbon" target layout of 12 large-scale wind power photovoltaic base.

        According to reports, the new energy base project in the north of Shanxi Jinbei coal mining subsidence area with a total investment of about 55 billion yuan, planning and construction of wind power photovoltaic new energy projects of 6 million kilowatts, configuration of new energy storage capacity of about 3.4 million kilowatt hours (3.4GWh), is expected to be completed and put into operation at the end of 2025, relying on the Datong-Tianjin South Transmission Corridor, the annual transmission of clean electricity to Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei 270 The project is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2025. Relying on the Datong-Tianjin south transmission channel, the project can transmit 27 billion kWh of clean electricity to Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei every year, and become a model project for the integration and development of the new energy industry, subsidence area management, ecotourism and rural revitalization in Shanxi Province.

        Azera and LONGi Green Energy signed a strategic cooperation agreement: January 3, 2024, Azera and LONGi Green Energy jointly announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties will work closely together to promote the use of photovoltaic power generation in charging and switching stations, to build industry-leading photovoltaic storage charging and switching stations, to promote distributed photovoltaic with V2G vehicle-grid interaction, and to establish industry standards related to "travel carbon neutrality", to help realize the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" in the transportation sector.      Shandong Power Grid: wind and solar installed capacity exceeded 80 million kilowatts, power generation accounted for 22.6%: as of December 31, 2023, Shandong Power Grid wind power and photovoltaic installed capacity exceeded 80 million kilowatts, reaching 82.288 million kilowatts, the installed capacity ranked first in the provincial power grid. Among them, 56.377 million kilowatts of photovoltaic installed capacity, the installed scale continues to maintain the first place in the country; 25.911 million kilowatts of wind power installed capacity, the installed scale ranks fourth in the country.

     Since this year, the State Grid Shandong Power closely around the "breeze warm sun" new energy grid service special action to carry out a series of work, and actively serve the offshore wind power base, Lubei saline mudflat photovoltaic base and other projects smoothly connected to the grid. The State Grid scheduling system is the first to set up a new energy grid service hotline, innovatively released new energy scheduling and grid service guide, to provide new energy grid to provide the whole process of "check and do" type guide service. For projects with grid-connection needs, we set up a file and card one by one, establish a "weekly coordination, daily scheduling" mechanism, highlight the "whole process, one-on-one" tracking through branch co-construction, on-site guidance and other forms, and actively coordinate and solve the problems and difficulties in the process of grid-connection of the stations.

During the year, the company completed grid acceptance of 31 wind farms, 68 photovoltaic power stations and 50 energy storage power stations, serving 52% year-on-year increase in the number of new energy stations connected to the grid, and realizing "should be connected as much as possible" under the premise of guaranteeing safety and quality, which created good conditions for the healthy development of new energy.
