The largest 300MWh user side energy storage project in China has started construction
On March 20th, the 100MW/300MWh user side energy storage construction project invested and built by Guangzhou Energy Storage Group officially started, which is currently the largest user side energy storage project in China.
The total investment of this project is 240 million yuan, using 314Ah lithium iron phosphate batteries and mainstream liquid cooling technology in the market, connected to a newly built 220kV substation at a voltage level of 35kV.
After the completion of the project, it is expected to supply 2.6 billion kilowatt hours of electricity throughout its entire lifecycle, which can effectively promote the consumption of renewable energy in the region, improve energy utilization efficiency, and save enterprises over 100 million yuan in electricity expenses.
