The 2540t Q345 box type steel column of the whole station is connected by bolts and made by the whole factory, which greatly shortens the overall installation time and reduces the accumulated error. The steel column of more than 14.5m is equivalent to the height of five floors. The straightness and perpendicularity errors of the column are controlled within 3mm, realizing millimeter level quality control. According to the measurement, the steel structure bolt perforation connection rate of the station reaches 100%, the seismic fortification intensity reaches 8.5 degrees, and 12 indexes are higher than international standards.


The project adopts BIM Technology to carry out three-dimensional modeling.


In the process of substation cushion pouring, the project department innovatively adopts the skip BIN method to divide the building foundation plane into several areas, and the construction is carried out according to the principle of "block planning, block construction, layered pouring and integral forming", just like checkers, pouring one section after another. Compared with the traditional continuous pouring method, the skip BIN method can effectively reduce the cushion cracks and ensure the engineering quality.
