Notice onPursuant to the Rooftop Distributed Photovoltaic Pilot Project
The State Grid Corporation of China issued the Notice on Actively Pursuant to the Rooftop Distributed Photovoltaic Development Pilot Project of the whole county (city, district)on June 29.
The receiving units are the power companies of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) of the State Grid, Nari Group, State Grid Integrated Energy Service Group, and State Grid Energy Institute. The notice pointed out that in order to implement the requirements of the National Energy Administration and fully develop the distributed photovoltaic market, the State Grid Marketing Department decided to organize all units to actively carry out the pilot application work. Companies in each province should work closely with the provincial energy bureau (the National Development and Reform Commission) and other authorities, the notice said.
Companies in each province should cooperate to do a good job of roof resources investigation, focusing on party and government organs, schools, hospitals, village committees, industrial and commercial factories, etc. Companies in each province should put forward supporting policies for the development of rooftop photovoltaic resources in each region to the government, and strive to improve the income level of the project. State Grid Integrated Energy Service Group, Nanrui Group and State Grid Energy Research Institute should cooperate with provincial companies to do a good job in resource inspection based on the research results of photovoltaic resources survey and photovoltaic project development solutions recently carried out.
State Grid Comprehensive Energy Service Group shall, according to the results of resource investigation, allocate investment funds for follow up projects in advance. Previously, with the National Energy Administration officially launched the whole county roof distributed photovoltaic development pilot work, the local government documents have also been exposed recently, the State Power Investment Corporation, China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd., National Energy Group, China Datang Corporation Renewable Power Co limited and other central state-owned enterprises quickly to seize the whole county roof distributed photovoltaic resources. However, from the point of view of the grid access conditions, now the State Grid officially announced to join the roof distributed photovoltaic resources "scramble", more than a little advantage!
