Polaris energy storage network: the reporter learned from Tongzhou District Urban Management Committee that the facade of smart energy service center, the first near zero energy consumption building in China, which integrates ultra-low energy consumption building and multi energy complementary integrated optimization energy supply system, has been completed. At present, it has entered the stage of interior decoration and mechanical and electrical installation. It is expected that it will be put into use in the urban sub center in October this year.

Recently, the reporter came to the smart energy service guarantee center located in Hedong No.5 peak shaving heat source plant, Luyuan North Street. The facade of the building has made a new appearance. According to the on-site construction personnel, inert gas is filled in the middle of each window, and heat insulation film is pasted on the glass surface, which is more than three times thicker than ordinary household aluminum alloy doors and windows. In addition, special adhesive tapes are pasted on every joint of doors, windows and walls to improve the air tightness of the building.

Entering the hall, although the doors and windows are closed and the refrigeration equipment is not started, the temperature is always maintained at about 20oC. It's very comfortable to be in it“ This is the biggest feature of ultra-low energy consumption buildings, which are heat resistant in summer and frost resistant in winter. " Wu Jiabin, manager of Beijing Thermal Tongzhou branch of Jingneng group, said that compared with traditional buildings, the comprehensive energy consumption of the building is reduced by more than 70%, and about 60% of the energy used is renewable. The whole building covers an area of about 5200 square meters. Through the external wall thermal insulation system, sealing treatment, automatic sunshade, no heat bridge design and so on, the heat exchange is minimized. It is like an old-fashioned ice cream box, covered with thick quilts. The hot air from the outside can't get in and the cold air from the inside can't get out. Coupled with new technologies such as ground source heat pump, air source heat pump, photovoltaic power generation, storage battery, energy storage tank, micro grid and intelligent building, we can achieve ultra-low energy consumption or even "near zero energy consumption" on the premise of ensuring indoor comfort.

Compared with the alternation of four seasons on the ground and the obvious temperature change, the temperature of the underground normal temperature layer is basically maintained at about 15 ℃ all the year round. The ground source heat pump makes use of this characteristic of nature. In winter, it supplies part of the heat for the house, and in summer, it replaces the air conditioning to reduce the temperature, so as to reduce the overall building energy consumption. In the ground source heat pump equipment room on the ground floor, which covers an area of more than 30 square meters, there are more than 100 vertical channels for placing water pipes from the surface to 150 meters underground. In hot summer, softened water takes a trip from the water pipe to bring out the cold air, and then enters the heat pump unit and air conditioning circulating pump to cool the room. In addition, the smart energy service center is also equipped with air source heat pump to reduce energy consumption.

The power driving ground source heat pump and air source heat pump also comes from nature. The secret lies in the solar photovoltaic system with an installed capacity of 150 kW, which is distributed on the roof, curtain wall, etc. According to the plan, 150000 kwh of electricity can be produced every year, which can be used in the building. If it is not enough, municipal electricity can be used as supplement. If there is redundancy in the photovoltaic power generation during holidays, it can also be stored in 240 kW energy storage tanks for future use. In addition, the building has also installed a smart building system to automatically schedule energy use and achieve the goal of high proportion of renewable energy and low carbon emission.

According to the relevant person in charge of the District Urban Management Committee, the smart energy service guarantee center combines the passive ultra-low energy consumption building technology with a variety of new energy, renewable energy and artificial intelligence technologies to achieve multi energy complementarity, integrated optimization and intelligent collaboration, and build a "near zero carbon" demonstration building. It is understood that the building has obtained three-star green building design logo and national near zero energy consumption certification, and is also the first near zero energy consumption project in the domestic energy industry.
