The insulating padlock has a (Ø6.2mm, H38mm) nylon lock beam for industrial lock-out use in conductive areas to prevent accidental operation The BOZZYS 38mm insulated safety padlock adopts a lock shell made of reinforced nylon PA integrated injection molding. It passes 24-hour UV testing and is resistant to high and low temperature differences (-20℃~177℃), impact, and corrosion.
Nylon insulated lock beams, non-conductive, flame-proof key cavities and housings protect workers from electrical shocks when keys are inserted.
It has key retention property, and the key cannot be pulled out when opening the insulating safety padlock, preventing the key from being lost on site.
When the insulating safety padlock is opened, the lock beam is rotated to the side and back and cannot be pressed down to prevent false locking and leave hidden dangers to prevent erroneous operation.
The commonly used one is a 12-piece zinc alloy lock cylinder, which can achieve that more than 40000 locks cannot be opened from each other.
